Give your brand videos a motion language

DesignerMarketingDeveloper

Overview

AI-generated video looks generic because the agent doesn't know your brand. Extract a DESIGN.md with one command, let HeyGen's HyperFrames extend it into a FRAME.md motion language, and every video you generate moves like your brand.

A DESIGN.md describes how a brand looks. It says nothing about how it moves, and motion is where brand videos live or die. HeyGen's HyperFrames closes that gap with FRAME.md: your design system extended with a motion language, the easing curves, transition style, and pacing that fit the brand's character. A sharp, technical brand moves differently than a warm, editorial one. The workflow starts with the file Dembrandt already produces. Run the CLI with --design-md to render the live site headlessly and emit a DESIGN.md from computed styles: verbatim hex values and the fonts that actually load, never colors estimated from a screenshot. HeyGen's own quickstart recommends this as the deterministic path. Let an agent add a voice section derived from real site copy, upload the file at hyperframes.dev/design, and download the generated FRAME.md into your project folder. From then on it rides along with every video the agent composes: website-to-video, launch videos, PR-to-video, all in your brand, moving like your brand.

Extract DESIGN.md from your live site

Terminal
dembrandt example.com --design-md --save-output

Crawl key pages for a fuller token set

Terminal
dembrandt example.com --crawl 3 --design-md --save-output
Agent prompt: add a voice section on top
# With the extracted DESIGN.md in context:
"Read 3-5 real headlines from example.com and derive our voice
and tone rules from them. Add a Voice section to this DESIGN.md:
2-3 adjectives, sentence length, capitalization habits, and hard
rules ('always X, never Y'). Keep every extracted token untouched."
HyperFrames prompt: watch your brand move
# Upload DESIGN.md at hyperframes.dev/design, download FRAME.md,
# drop it in your project folder, then:
"/hyperframes
Here's my FRAME.md. Make a 20-second 1920x1080 brand reel that
brings it to life: open on the wordmark and palette, show the
typography at work, build one sample UI card in this design
system, and close on the logo. Every entrance, exit, and
transition should follow the motion language in the file."
Output

A FRAME.md that travels with every video you generate, and a 20-second brand reel where every entrance, exit, and transition follows your brand's motion language.
